Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Tracked UK delivery is free on every order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, tracked delivery usually takes 4–7 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Sending a gift

You can send Kalmi straight to someone else. Just enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout, and add your gift message in the note box in your basket.

Delays

Occasionally, busy periods or courier issues can cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

Wrong address or missing parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and any safe place, then contact us and we'll help.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
